THE GRANDSTAND

The Grandstand began with a very specific vision: two oversized planters flanking my front door, each overflowing with a massive Boston fern. I built one. Then we moved.

So much for that plan. What I ended up with was something I liked far too much to leave behind however, a tall, substantial plant stand that turns one beautiful plant into a statement all by itself.

Mine eventually came indoors and became home to a large houseplant, proving that apparently it never needed a front porch in the first place. Built and finished to order, The Grandstand can be stained or painted, with the rope X detail added for extra texture or left off for a more polished, understated look. Turns out you only need one to make an entrance.
